Who We Are Looking For 🔍

Our Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and managing the complete sales cycle of business development. This involves analyzing and identifying opportunities, along with incentivizing partners.

The business development strategy at P2P.org hinges on proactive efforts by every Business Development Manager, working collaboratively with product, legal, and research teams. Candidates should be persistent in closing deals, curious, and creative in devising strategies to achieve results.

Responsibilities 🚀

  • Meet and exceed our staking as a service targets by growing international clients and partners.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to signing, encompassing all commercial negotiations.
  • Identify and establish contact with key individuals on the side of potential partners and clients.
  • Organize and conduct negotiations for selling staking services.
  • Identify customer needs and objections, explore growth points, and prepare commercial offers.
  • Participate in conferences and public events to represent the organization.
  • Report to the client and internally use CRM.

Required Qualifications 🤓

  • Crypto-native: Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
  • Experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Business Development/Sales Manager, Account Executive role.
  • Proven track record in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations.
  • A consultative sales approach, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory aptitude for closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.
