GFX Labs operates two main divisions:

1. Primary Division: We focus on Oku, a comprehensive DeFi application. In partnership with the Uniswap DAO, the leading decentralized exchange, we are integrating borrowing and lending into Oku through collaboration with Morpho.

2. Research and Development Division: Our work spans various fields, including economic safety analysis of on-chain financial mechanisms, user experience design, and data indexing for product integration. About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer at GFX Labs, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure for cross-chain applications within the Wormhole ecosystem. Collaborating closely with our engineering team, you’ll help architect and maintain cloud-native deployments across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Responsible for both application-supporting infrastructure and direct application contributions, you’ll combine traditional cloud engineering skills with software development expertise. Your work will ensure our services remain reliable, efficient, and secure in supporting high-volume cross-chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Pulumi and Terraform across providers including DigitalOcean and fly.io
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and develop Knative services to support applications
• Write and maintain applications in Golang and TypeScript, leveraging experience in deployment and delivery
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for production services
• Optimize cloud resource usage and costs while maintaining high availability
• Collaborate with the development team to design scalable application architectures
• Maintain critical production infrastructure and participate in on-call rotations
• Automate deployment processes and implement infrastructure as code solutions

You might be great for this role if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in Web3 frontend engineering
• 2+ years of experience in frontend engineering
• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Thrive in an environment where you have significant independence
• A proactive nature driven by curiosity
• A strong work ethic with disciplined execution skills
• A robust Web3 background
