Job Overview

SCRIB3 is on the hunt for an intellectually curious, passionate, and considerate Community Manager to join our agency on a contract-to-hire basis. Our Community Management team is adept at deploying vibrant community programs (mainly on Discord and Telegram) tailored to our clients in the crypto industry. This role is suitable for individuals with 1+ years of experience managing online communities across Discord and/or Telegram.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure SCRIB3’s clients receive services in accordance with their Statements of Work (SOWs), actively managing the delivery and compliance of community services.
  • Develop and implement community programs for our client base, collaborating closely with the accounts team.
  • Spearhead the creation of unique client-specific community strategies.
  • Adapt strategies and tactics as necessary to meet client KPIs.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of each client, including their business model, goals, market positioning, technical aspects, etc., to effectively steer our community program.
  • Consistently track, analyze, and report on service outcomes, collaborating with account teams to furnish insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Organized and meticulous in both day-to-day tasks and communications.
  • Capable of clearly articulating situations to various parties with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Exhibit a team-first attitude with fellow SCRIB3ers and cultivate candid, trust-based professional relationships with clients.
  • Experience launching or contributing to community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, writing an email newsletter).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, project management role, or account management role.
  • Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, Zealy, Galxe, etc.

Nice to Have

  • Crypto-native knowledge across the DeFi and Infrastructure sectors within each respective ecosystem.
  • Previous experience at a marketing/communications agency or other professional services environment.
  • Experience at an early-stage blue-chip crypto company.
  • Experience in web2 marketing/consulting before transitioning to crypto.
