The Role

To support our firm's ongoing expansion, we’re looking for a motivated DeFi Developer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head of Technology, you will assume full ownership of our hedging bot, responsible for maintaining delta neutrality by managing deposits in AMM protocols and shorting corresponding long positions on perpetual exchanges.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate and improve the current hedging infrastructure, including potential development of a new bot from the ground up.
- Maintain the hedging bot by integrating new connectors for AMM protocol interactions across both EVM and non-EVM networks.
- Identify, debug, and resolve coding issues to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Backtest strategies to evaluate performance and adjust rebalancing thresholds in response to market volatility.
- Develop and sustain a live reporting system to monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with at least one primary smart contract language such as Solidity or Move.
- Experience in algorithmic trading.
- Strong background in data analysis and backtesting trading strategies.
- Proficient in SQL databases, GraphQL sources, and managing time-series data.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and Rust.
- In-depth understanding of major DeFi AMMs (e.g., Curve, Uniswap V2/V3, Aerodrome).
- Comfortable working with Linux environments and Git version control.
