Working in the DeFi Team

We are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals to join our DeFi team. Whether you are a developer, trader, or recent graduate, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you will help us design and maintain the systems that power our on-chain operations. This includes both developing trading strategies and building the essential core microservices and backend infrastructure for our trading engine.

Our trading is heavily reliant on technological prowess, and our traders are akin to programmatic problem solvers. Reflecting the ethos of most innovators in the field, this role requires versatility. You will be involved in multiple codebases, working in various programming languages, while exploring the cutting edge of the ecosystem's design space.

Expect to work closely with seasoned traders and developers in a tightly-knit, collaborative team environment. You'll receive mentorship and guidance on improving and contributing to our systems. Team members are encouraged to formulate their own narratives, challenge norms, and explore new frontiers together.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming with at least one of these languages: Python, Rust, or Go
• Comfort with Linux environments and Git version control
• Experience in programmatic statistical analysis and strong quantitative/analytic skills
• A high-level understanding of high-frequency market making strategies
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and the workings of the EVM
• Familiarity with smart contract development and the Foundry toolkit
• Passion for learning about protocol microstructure and design mechanisms
