Role Overview

Caldera is on the lookout for an APAC Ecosystem Growth Lead with an in-depth understanding of Web3 and a robust network throughout East Asia. In this dynamic position, you'll closely collaborate with Caldera's CEO, Matt Katz, to amplify the company's footprint in Asia. Key responsibilities encompass business development and marketing, which demand both strategic planning and independent execution.

Responsibilities

- Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with key figures in the APAC blockchain ecosystem.

- Community Engagement: Drive both in-person and online marketing initiatives, including community events.

- Growth Strategy: Craft and execute market-specific growth strategies tailored for the APAC region.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on goals and objectives.

Requirements

- Location: Must live in a tier-1 crypto hub in the APAC region (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul).

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in marketing or business development within the Web3 sector.

- Cultural & Regional Expertise: Profound understanding of APAC's cultural, technological, and business milieu.

- Network: Well-established connections within the blockchain and crypto community.

- Independence: Capability to work autonomously and execute effectively, even in uncertain situations.

- Languages: Fluent in Korean, Chinese, or other significant APAC languages, and proficient in English.
