We’re Hiring: Exchange Relations Lead

Role Overview

This role invites you to become a vital component of our finance team. You will have the responsibility of cultivating and maintaining relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges. Your role will involve connecting our cutting-edge blockchain technology with leading cryptocurrency exchanges, fostering and nurturing relationships with exchange partners, facilitating listings, and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key personnel at cryptocurrency exchanges globally.
• Negotiate and manage contracts for new listings and ongoing collaborations.
• Oversee market makers, listing processes, and compliance with all exchange requirements.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with exchanges to secure favorable conditions.
• Prepare detailed reports on exchange performance, trading volumes, and partnership outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the exchanges and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, legal, and finance teams to coordinate exchange-related activities and announcements.
• Work collaboratively with technical and product teams to ensure smooth integrations and asset functionality on various platforms.
• Act as the primary contact for resolving any issues or discrepancies with exchange partners.
• Ensure compliance of all exchange activities with relevant local and international regulations.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for our operations and strategies.
• Monitor market trends and perform risk assessments.
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to exchange activities and liquidity metrics.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize strategies and enhance performance.

Basic Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a deep comprehension of cryptocurrency exchanges and blockchain technology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall company goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis and financial forecasting.
• Solid knowledge of various blockchains.
