What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, including infographics, charts, and illustrations, to simplify complex blockchain concepts.
• Collaborate with researchers, writers, and product teams to create visuals for reports, blog posts, social media, and presentations.
• Tell compelling stories and communicate complex ideas through visuals, such as producing graphs that highlight trends and insights in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Develop a cohesive visual identity for our research outputs and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Experiment with creative formats to engage audiences, including motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals.
• Stay updated on blockchain trends to design relevant, cutting-edge graphics.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years as a graphic designer, preferably in a technical or research-focused environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva. Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to transform complex concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
• Blockchain knowledge: Basic understanding of blockchain (especially Ethereum), Web3, or DeFi is a plus (willingness to learn is essential).
• Storytelling: Ability to craft narratives through visuals that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creativity: Think outside the box and deliver innovative designs.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude to work closely with cross-functional teams.
