What You’ll Accomplish:

  • Drive significant revenue growth
  • Lead, develop, and expand the BD & Sales team
  • Oversee the growth of various Gelato Services, from our Rollup as a Service Platform to our Web3 offerings like Web3 Functions, Account Abstraction, Relay & VRF
  • Utilize your network and collaborate with partners to identify new customer opportunities and lead the BD process from lead generation to closure
  • Forge strategic partnerships and own and close high-impact market leads
  • Travel globally to major Web3 conferences, guiding the team to uncover new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in Web3
  • At least six years of experience in BD & Sales
  • Minimum of two years managing BD & Sales teams in tech startups
  • Comprehensive understanding of Web3 technology, particularly Web3 infrastructure solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of the current rollup ecosystem
  • Demonstrated history of managing partners, closing deals, and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambitious goals
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive approach
  • Proficient in using HubSpot
