We’re in search of a Head of Content to lead and enhance our content and social media division. You’ll supervise a team of writers, editors, and social media experts to produce engaging content and interact with audiences across numerous platforms. This position is ideal for a creative leader who can craft a strong brand voice, drive engagement, and yield measurable outcomes for Fligh3’s clients in the fast-paced Web3 space.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic content plans for clients, spanning short-form posts, blogs, videos, memes, infographics, and more.
• Lead the social media team to uphold consistent messaging across platforms like Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, and blogs—ensuring responsive engagement.
• Keep content and video production streamlined, producing quick, relevant, and witty material.
• Capitalize on newsworthy moments (newshijack!) and deliver content for clients promptly.
• Supervise PR and thought leadership pieces, including long-form articles, opinion editorials, and video series.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics—mindshare, engagement, reach, bookmarks, conversions—and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Stay ahead of Web3 trends to inspire fresh content ideas and guide social media strategies.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive voice.
• Experiment with new content formats, channels, and strategies to captivate and grow audiences.

Requirements

• Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable).
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• 2+ years in Web3 content management.
• Proven track record of growing social media channels and creating high-performing content.
• Strong comprehension of Web3 culture, communities, and industry trends.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
