At Oku, our mission is to bridge the gap between centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) trading experiences. It's no surprise that 95% of crypto trading takes place on centralized platforms like Binance and Coinbase, given these organizations have invested significantly more time and resources into their trading interfaces. DeFi has traditionally focused on infrastructure and protocol improvements for the past few years, but that's about to change. While CeFi entities utilize their web2 stack, Oku, as a web3 company, can capitalize on the composability of the DeFi ecosystem and blockchain technology to deliver a superior trading experience that will eventually match and surpass CeFi utilizing their legacy systems. Oku was initially conceived within GFX Labs following a $1.6M grant from the Uniswap Foundation in October 2022 to develop and launch an innovative trading interface, analytics platform, and API for Uniswap v3. After ten intense months of development, Oku went live in July 2023, and since then, has actively supported the DAO Uniswap's efforts to broaden its reach across new blockchains.
Today, our core offering is a smart order routing system that consolidates 8+ order routing systems to ensure all users secure the best possible price. We've also adapted our technology to provide a bridge aggregator with 11+ integrated bridges. To further narrow the CeFi/DeFi gap, we have recently introduced on/off-ramping with USD and EURO at a competitive industry-low fee of 0.25%. Additional features popular with users include trustless onchain limit orders directly built on Uniswap v3, our position maker page for LP position management, and comprehensive Uniswap v3 analytics.

Position: Oku is scaling and seeks a dynamic Marketing Lead. This is an exciting non-technical position. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and business development roles within Oku.

Oku's marketing strategy focuses on utilizing partnerships to amplify our message and onboard users. In this role, you will craft the marketing strategy, manage a significant marketing budget, and operate independently, with guidance and insights from the CEO to execute your strategy successfully.
