We design and build innovative tools and platforms for financial services, on-chain data integration, and professional trading experiences. GFX Labs operates two distinct divisions. Our primary division focuses on Oku, our comprehensive DeFi application. We have partnered with the Uniswap DAO, the leading decentralized exchange, and recently announced a collaboration with Morpho to integrate borrowing and lending into Oku. Our second division is devoted to research and development, which spans various areas, including analyzing the economic safety of on-chain financial mechanisms, designing user experiences, and indexing data for integration into existing products. About the Role

As a Product Designer at GFX Labs, you'll shape the user experience of our cross-chain applications in the Wormhole ecosystem, crafting intuitive interfaces that make complex blockchain interactions accessible to users. You will work closely with our engineering team to design seamless experiences that bridge multiple networks while maintaining consistency and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive design systems in Figma that scale across multiple applications.
• Design intuitive user flows for complex cross-chain operations.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Create and maintain design documentation and component libraries.
• Lead design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Research and implement blockchain UX best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical requirements.

We are headquartered in Chicago and primarily seek team members in Chicago. Only applicants based in North America will be considered, with a strong preference for Chicago-based applicants. A relocation bonus is available for Americans willing to relocate to Chicago.
