About the Token Launch Team

Our mission is to globally support the best Web3 founders. Collaborating with a leading team of subject matter experts, we accelerate growth and drive mass adoption through our headline Ascent program and tailored ecosystem growth engagements. We assist web3 projects at each stage of their token development, whether they're leading up to a launch or in-market, inspiring and activating a community of passionate network stakeholders and members.

About the Role

In this position, you'll join a focused skunkworks team at Outlier, partnering dynamically with web3 projects to grow their network, community, and impact. You'll support the Token Launch team and the Ascent program lead to deliver the Token Launch Accelerator, with the opportunity to work directly with some of the most exciting token launches and thriving web3 communities. This is an organizational and connector role, serving as the engine room of our team to ensure effective communication and delivery for our partner teams.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management

  • Manage internal workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Serve as the central hub of product/business knowledge for the program.
  • Report project performance based on business objectives and agreed KPIs.
  • Help set goals for project teams and maintain accountability.

• Web3 Growth Partner

  • Partner with founders and web3 project teams on token launches.
  • Support portfolio companies in developing growth strategies.
  • Project manage launch and ecosystem growth campaigns.

• Relationship Development

  • Act as a focal point to integrate the Outlier Ventures network with the cohort.
  • Build and map networks among markets, exchanges, and external partners.
  • Research and analyze data to support founder outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to the blockchain/cryptocurrencies community.

Required Skills and Attributes:

Essential Skills:

• A connector and enabler, capable of organizing subject matter experts, team members, and internal/external partners effectively.
• Strong passion for blockchain/cryptocurrencies.
• Understanding of community development and ecosystem growth in web3.

Personal Attributes:

• 2-3 years of experience as an analyst, project manager, or consultant.
• An organized problem solver with high initiative and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Comfortable with complexity and insatiably curious.
• Strong desire and drive to succeed.
• Hardworking with a positive attitude.
