As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Arrakis' customer base. Your efforts will include researching, networking, and reaching out to top projects within the web3 space. Your work will contribute to acquiring new Total Value Locked (TVL) for the protocol, helping position Arrakis as the leading decentralized market-making protocol globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Immersing in our vaults and strategies to grasp their mechanics and applications.
• Assisting new clients with vault setup and deployment processes.
• Maintaining and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Driving business growth by identifying upsell opportunities within current accounts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience within a B2B DeFi company.
• Proven expertise in selling technical DeFi solutions.
• Native with web3, actively using DeFi protocols daily or weekly.
• Extensive knowledge of DeFi/finance concepts such as impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, deep liquidity, arbitrage, and MEV.
• Proven track record in managing partnerships, closing deals, and consistently surpassing revenue goals.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets.
• Exceptional communicator and natural salesperson.
• Well-organized with robust time management skills and a proactive personality.
