As a Senior Backend Engineer, your responsibilities will include developing and deploying cutting-edge solutions for secure and efficient systems. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration within our wider ecosystem and partners, continuously driving innovation by staying at the forefront of blockchain technologies.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of backend experience
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js and JavaScript, focusing on DeFi systems, backend architectures, database management, and smart contract integration
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Solidity
• Experience with Rust and/or AI/LLMs is a plus
• Full KYC process for all hires

The total compensation package (base salary and equity) for this role ranges from $120K-$350K+, with additional company benefits. The pay range provided reflects individual compensation based on factors such as work location, assessed job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
