We are creating the first agnostic execution network, designed to unify DeFi's fragmented landscape by enabling near-instant cross-chain transactions. Symphony’s infrastructure dramatically reduces cross-chain execution time to under 3 seconds—45x faster than LayerZero and Axelar—setting a new standard for interoperability. This innovative infrastructure is developed to address liquidity fragmentation and enhance user experiences across chains, providing a seamless, unified solution for DeFi users and developers alike.

Being the world’s first vertically agnostic infrastructure stack, Symphony empowers anyone to execute any task across all chains and protocols without burdensome bridges, multiple wallets, or gas fees.

Our team comprises former Consensys, MetaMask, Kraken, and Axelar veterans and we are backed by top investors. We are seeking an innovative, passionate, and productive individual excited about building the future of accessible crypto applications. You should feel comfortable challenging opinions and share our desire to make DeFi usable again.

  • Opportunity: Participate in high-impact work to enhance scalability and shape the future of crypto
  • Flexibility: We are a remote-first company, collaborating synchronously and asynchronously via daily all-hands meetings
  • Culture: As an early member of our team, you'll have a unique opportunity to help shape our culture, where we value intellectual honesty, bias towards action, and believe every member plays a key role in achieving our ambitious goals
  • Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + equity + benefits package
