Your Mission

As a key member of our data engineering team, you will design and deploy resilient data infrastructure, converting raw data into actionable insights. You’ll build scalable pipelines and data models essential for strategic decision-making within the organization. Your expertise will be central to creating best practices for data quality, accessibility, and reliability across our systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Build: Develop and sustain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions to manage complex data needs.
• Optimize & Scale: Enhance performance of data infrastructure, implement data quality measures, and create automated monitoring systems.
• Empower & Enable: Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver data solutions that facilitate strategic insights.
• Rapid Response: Swiftly handle urgent data requirements and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders, producing critical analyses and data solutions promptly and accurately.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise: Over 7 years of data engineering experience.
• Data Architecture: Profound knowledge of data modeling, warehouse design, and ETL best practices.
• Technical Mastery: Proficiency with modern data stack (Snowflake, Airflow/DBT) and AWS.
• Systems Thinking: Experience with distributed systems, data streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), and optimizing large-scale data workflows.
• Agility: Proven track record in efficiently addressing urgent data requests and providing swift solutions to business-critical data needs.
