The Role

As a Senior On-Chain Liquidity Consultant, you will expand the Arrakis customer base by researching, networking, and reaching out to leading projects in the web3 sector while serving as the primary point of contact for existing US clients regarding on-chain liquidity queries and education. You will acquire new Total Value Locked (TVL) for the protocol, working towards making Arrakis the leading decentralized market-making protocol globally. You will also dive into our vaults and strategies, understanding their mechanics and applications. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting new clients on vault setup and deployment processes, maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships, and driving business growth by identifying new or upsell opportunities within current accounts and new business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience within a B2B DeFi company.
• Experience in selling technical DeFi solutions.
• Web3 native using DeFi protocols daily/weekly.
• Excellent knowledge of on-chain liquidity concepts such as Uniswap V3 liquidity provisioning (single/double-sided, concentrated range management), LVR, MEV, and impermanent loss.
• Proven track record of managing partnerships, closing deals, and exceeding revenue goals.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and handling ambitious targets.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to sell.
• Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality.
