Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend/Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in building and scaling distributed systems to join our expanding team. If you have a passion for blockchain technology and a strong sense of ownership, we are interested in connecting with you!

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable backend infrastructure to support our expanding suite of developer tools and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components with existing systems.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize the performance of our services to handle increasing traffic and load efficiently.
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems to maintain high levels of system availability and performance.
• Continuously enhance system architecture, security, and practices to align with industry standards.
• Mentor and support other team members in understanding and implementing complex technical concepts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, especially the Solana ecosystem.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Rust, Go, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a high degree of ownership and initiative.
