Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
• Optimize the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies.
• Drive all design process phases from research and ideation to design and testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in: Figma, Animation tools (After Effects, Spline, Principle, etc.)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and user appeal.
• Experience with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experience with usability testing and interpreting analytics/data to inform design improvements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bonus if you have 😎 Experience working or passion in decentralized technology concepts.
