🚀 The Team

We are a results-driven team of 35 experts, with backgrounds in top software companies and blockchain projects. Our tech team consists of standout engineers with over 8 years each in blockchain and high-performance distributed systems. Business Development (BD) remains small yet agile, ensuring each member significantly impacts our BD strategy.

🫡 What You’ll Do

TLDR: Manage the Sales Funnel of a Business Line from Discovery Calls to Closing Deals and Integration. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams. Develop strategies to achieve KPIs for Prospect Integrations and Partnerships.

  • Lead and manage Prospect conversations end-to-end, from Discovery Calls to Deal Closures and beyond.
  • Maintain CRM Cadence; ensure seamless sharing across Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams.
  • Set and track targets; aim to meet/exceed KPIs.
  • Gather Prospect Requests for potential features for the tech team.
  • Attend Conferences to boost visibility and foster new relations.
  • Enhance our Sales Process with improved Sales Materials and Analytics.

⚙️ Skills You’ll Need

  • Prior Experience: Minimum 4 years in Account Management/Sales/BD roles at growth/later stage tech companies, ideally in the web3 space, solidifying strategic partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with crypto terminology, dApps, and other protocols; a profound interest in Web3 and DeFi is essential.
  • Relationship Building: Proficiency in building relationships with clients, partners, and blockchain industry leaders.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong stakeholder management.
  • Diligence: Precision in maintaining Prospect Context, coordinating internal operations, and more.
  • Analytical Approach: Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership: Independent work ethic, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Growth Mindset: Ability to adapt and expand with company growth.
