Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties):

• Deliver product specifications and set priorities.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and community teams on product development, QA, and release.
• Efficiently manage resources to ensure overall success across the organization and oversee the scrum process.
• Develop product strategy and drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market analysis, competitive evaluation, planning, positioning, and roadmap creation.
• Oversee all aspects of live products, including gathering and evaluating customer feedback, managing requirements, analyzing user data, and addressing any issues.

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Fast learning ability and an innate sense of curiosity.
• Proactive with a willingness to take initiative.
• Strong project management skills with Scrum Master expertise as a plus.
• Proven experience in scaling products and overseeing every facet of the product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrable knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain technology stack. A background in engineering is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with highly effective cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong product intuition.
• High aesthetic standards.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
